Lauren Ash-Morgan, an actress and member of SSC's board from 2011 is the Co-Artistic Director Founding of the new theater company Speech of Fire. She was the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 through the year 2019. In her role as the Artistic Director of SSC, she was the company's composer, musician and text coach as well as costume/set/music designer. Although she usually led from the acting group In her final season alongside SSC King Lear, she took on the role of director and light designer.
